Kesar or Saffron Dahi/Curd

Ingredients:-
5 tablespoon of thick curd or yugurt
1 tablespoon of milk
pinch of kesar or to give ornage colour
1/2 teaspoon of green cardomam
3 tablespoon of sugar

Method:-
1) Take thick curd in a bowl.
2) Add pinch of kesar or saffron into little milk(1 tablespoon) or until it turns into orange colour.
3) Add this saffron mixture into thick curd along with green cardomam and sugar.
4) Mix everything well. Make sure there is no lumps in it.
5) Enjoy this delicious with wonderful saffron aroma Curd.

Dates & Coconut Cookies Ice Cream Sandwich

Ingredients:-
11-12 seedless dates
8 tablespoon of milk
1/2 cup of walnuts
1 1/2 cup desiccated coconut or coconut powder
6 tablespoon of vanilla ice cream

Method:-
1) First of all in a mixer jar add seedless dates along with 4 tablespoon of milk and grind it well.
2) Make a smooth paste.
3) Transfer this in a bowl.
4) In the same jar add walnuts along with 4 tablespoon of milk and grind it well.
4) Transfer it in the same bowl with dates paste.
5) Now add coconut powder and mix everything well.
6) Spread equally in a flat dish and make a cut in between using knife.
7) keep it in freezer to set for 3 hours.
8) Take it out after 3 hours and separate both the portion from the cut in center.
9) Now on one side top it with some vanilla ice cream. Spread it like you do with bread and jam.
10) Put the other portion on it just like sandwich.
11) Set it in freezer for overnight.
12) Cut it into square shape and enjoy this delicious nutty and ice cream flavor sandwich.

Sarso ka Saag Recipe

Ingredients:-
7 cups of mustard leaves(sarso) or 1 bunch of mustard leaves(sarso)
5 cups of spinach
1 big tomato
3 tablespoon of crushed ginger & garlic
2 crushed green chilli
Salt to taste
1 cup of water
2 tablespoon of makkai atta or corn flour
For tempering:-
4 tablespoon of Ghee
2 tablespoon of crushed ginger & garlic
1/2 chopped onion
1 teaspoon of red chilli powder

Method:-
1) Take a big pan and add mustard leaves, spinach, big tomato cut into big pieces, crushed ginger & garlic, green chilli, salt to taste, water. Mix everything well.
2) Let it cook.
3) Keep stirring it in every 15 minutes. Close the lid and let it cook.
4) It will take 50-55 minutes to cook.
5) Let it cook on medium flame and keep on stirring in every 15 minutes.
6) Slowly it will reduces its quantity.
7) Add 2 tablespoon of makkai atta or corn flour and mix it well.
8) For tempering take a pan and add ghee. Let it heat.
9) Add crushed ginger & garlic and chopped onion. Mix it well until it turns soft.
10) Add 1 teaspoon of red chilli powder and mix it well.
11) Now pour this tempering in the saag and mix everthing well.
12) Let it cook for another 10 minutes.
13) Its ready to serve.
14) Enjoy this delicious saag with makkai ki roti.

Marination:-
500 g boneless chicken
1 teaspoon of salt
1 lemon juice
1 tablespoon of ginger, garlic and green chillies paste
1 teaspoon of turmeric powder
1 tablespoon of red chilli powder
1 teaspoon of cumin powder
1 teaspoon of tanduri masala
1 teaspoon of garam masala
1 teaspoon of curry powder
1 teaspoon of black papper
1 teaspoon of oil
1 egg
4 tablespoon of curd
1 tablespoon of red food colour
4 tablespoon of corn flour

For Rice:-
2 green cardomam
1 black cardomam
1 bay leaf
3-4 cloves
1 inch of cinemon
3-4 black papper corn
1 teaspoon of salt
1/2 teaspoon of turmeric powder
1 teaspoon of curry powder

For gravy:-
1 big onion
1 tablespoon of ginger, garlic and green chilli paste
salt to taste
1 tablespoon of red chilli powder
1 teaspoon of cumin powder
1 teaspoon of coriander powder
1 teaspoon of curry powder
1 teaspoon of tanduri masala
1 teaspoon of garam masala
4 tablespoon of tomato ketchup
1 teaspoon of food colour
2 tablespoon of curd

Oil for deep frying

Method:-
1) Take a bowl with chicken and add all the ingredients of marination(salt, lemon juice,ginger, garlic and green chilli paste,turmeric powder,cumin powder,tanduri masala, garam masala, curry powder, black papper, oil, curd, red food colour, egg, corn flour) and mix everything well.
2) Keep in the refrigerator for 2 hours or minimum 15 minutes.
3) Take oil for deep frying and let it heat. Once it hot add one by one chicken pieces and deep fry it until it turns into golden colour.
4) Take it out the fried chicken pieces in the kitchen towel.
5) Take a big pan and add 6 glasses of water and let it heat.
6) Once the water is hot add 2 green cardomam, 1 black cardomam, 1 bay leaf, 3-4 cloves, 1 inch of cinemon, 3-4 black papper corn, 1 teaspoon of salt, 1/2 teaspoon of turmeric powder, and 1 teaspoon of curry powder. Mix everything well.
7) Once it starts boiling add 1 glass of soaked basmati rice into the water.
8) Cook the rice 50%
9) After 10-15 minutes check the rice by pressing it with your finger. It should be half cooked.
10) Strain it well and keep it aside.
11) Now take the same pan in which you fried the chicken with the less oil.(only 2-3 tablespoon)
12) In the pan once the oil is hot add i big sliced onion.
13) Mix it well until it turns into soft.
14) Add 1 tablespoon of ginger, garlic and green chilli paste. Mix it well.
15) Add 2 slited green chillies and mix everything well.
16) Add salt to taste, red chilli powder, cumin powder, coriander powder, curry powder, tanduri masala, garam masala, tomato ketchup and mix everything well.
17) Add fodd colour and mix everything well for 3-4 minutes.
18) Now add curd and mix everything well.
19) Add the remaining marination add that also and mix it well. Slowly it will start to release the pan.
20) Now its time to add fried chicken into the gravy and mix everything well. Make sure every masala or gravy mix in the chicken pieces.
21) Lets assemble the biryani. Take a big pan and add 1-2 teaspoon of oil in the pan and spread it well.
22) Put the 1 layer of chicken and its gravy. spread well.
23) Then put the another layer of rice on top of the chicken. Press it little.
24) Repeat the same like again chicken layer and then rice layer.
25) Close the lid and cook it on medium flame for 10-15 minutes.
26) After 10-15 minutes let it cool and remove the lid.
27) Its ready to serve. Enjoy this delicious chicken 65 biryani with the raita.

Zucchini or Turee Muffins Recipe


Ingredients:-
Dry Ingredients:-
1/2 cup wheat flour
1/2 cup gram flour
1/2 cup grated zucchini(turee) or 1 medium zucchini
1/2 cup of curd
1/2 cup of frozen corn
1 tablespoon of ginger, garlic and green chilli paste
salt to taste
1/2 teaspoon of turmeric powder
1/2 teaspoon of baking soda
1/2 teaspoon of baking powder
some mozerella cheese cubes
Wet ingredients:-
1 egg
1/3 cup of milk
1/3 cup of vegetable oil

Method:-
1) First of all take a large bowl and add wheat flour, gram flour, grated zucchini, curd, corn, ginger, garlic and green chilli paste, salt, turmeric powder, baking powder, baking soda. Mix everything well. Mix all the dry ingredients very well.
2) In another bowl take 1 egg and beat it well.
3) Add milk and oil. Mix everyhting well. Make sure there is no lumps.
4) Now add this wet ingredients into the dry ingredients.
5) Mix everything well.
6) Place the baking cups in the muffin mold and pour the batter into the cups.
7) Add 1 cheese cubes in each muffin on the top.
8) Bake it at 180 degree/356 F for 35-40 minutes or until it baked.
9) After 35-40 minutes take it out and insert the fork in muffin to check it. If it comes out clean that means it is baked.
10) Its ready to serve. Enjoy!!

Coconut Coffee Muffins Recipe



Ingredients:-
Dry ingredients:-
1 cup of All purpose flour/Maida
1 cup of powdered sugar
1/2 cup of grated coconut/desiccated coconut
1/2 cup of chopped walnuts
1/2 teaspoon of baking powder
1/2 teaspoon of baking soda
pinch of salt

Wet ingredients:-
1 cup & 5 tablespoon less Milk
1 lemon juice
1/2 cup of butter
1 egg
1 tablespoon of coffee powder

Method:-
1) Take the milk and add lemon juice in it to make the buttermilk. Mix it well and keep it in aside.
2) Take 1 tablespoon of coffee powder and add little water. Mix it well and keep it in aside.
3) Take a big bowl and add all dry ingredients like all purpose flour/maida, powdered sugar, grated coconut, chopped walnuts, baking powder, baking soda and pinch of salt. Mix everything well.
4) Take another bowl and add egg, melted butter, buttermilk and coffee mixture. Whisk everything well.
5) Now, mix all the wet ingredients into dry ingredients very well. Whisk everything well.
6) Set the baking cupcakes in the muffin mold and pour the batter into baking cupcakes.
7) Bake at 180 degree/356 F for 20 minutes or until it baked well. Keep checking in between.
8) After 20-25 minutes, take it out and insert the fork or skewer in the muffin if it comes clean means its baked and let it cool for 10-15 minutes.
9) Delicious tea time muffins are ready to eat. Enjoy!!

Cornmeal Laddu/Makai ke aatte ke Laddu

Ingredients:-
5 tablespoon of Ghee/clarified butter
1 cup of cornmeal/makai ka atta
1/2 cup of wheat flour
1 cup of powdered sugar
1/2 cup of grated coconut/desiccated coconut
some chopped almonds
1/2 tablespoon of green cardamom powder
1/2 cup of milk

Method:-
1) First of all take a pan and ghee. Let it melt.
2) Add cornmeal and wheat flour. Mix it well.
3) Let it roast for 15 minutes on medium flame.
4) It will change its colour into light pink.
5) Add powdered sugar, coconut, almonds, green cardamom powder and mix everything well.
6) Let it roast again for another 15 minutes.
7) Slowly it will change its colour and nice aroma would be coming.
8) Now add milk and mix everything well. Let it roast for 3-4 minutes.
9) Transfer this mixture in a bowl. Let it cool.
10) Take a small portion of mixture and give nice and round ball shape like laddu.
11) Its ready to serve. Enjoy!!

Palak/Spinach Kofta Curry

Ingredients:-
For Makhni Gravy:
4 tablespoon of oil + oil for deep fry
4 green cardamom
5 cloves
1 inch of cinemon stick
6 garlic cloves
1 inch of ginger
1 medium size of chopped onion
4 big size of red tomatoes
salt to taste
1 teaspoon of red chilli powder
1 1/2 cup of water
1 teaspoon of garam masala
1 tablespoon of kasuri methi
3 tablespoon of honey
1/2 cup of cream

For Palak/spinach Kofta:
1 cup of chopped spinach
3 medium size of boiled potatoes
3-4 tablespoon of gram flour (needed as required)
3 tablespoon of corn flour
salt to taste
1 teaspoon of red chilli powder
3-4 chopped dates

Method:-
1) For Gravy:- First of all in a big pan add oil and let it heat.
2) Once the oil is hot add green cardamom, cloves, cinemon stick, garlic cloves, ginger, onion, tomatoes. Mix everything well.
3) Add salt to taste, red chilli powder and add water. Mix it well.
4) Close the lid and let it cook for 10-15 minutes.
5) Keep stirring it in between.
6) After 10-15 minutes once it starts boiling and tomatoes are soft. Its done. Let it cool.
7) For Kofta:- Take a big bowl and add chopped spinach and boiled potatoes.
8) Now add gram flour, salt, red chilli powder, corn flour and mix everything well.
9) Add gram flour if required. knead it well so that you can give it a ball shape.
10) Now grease your palm with some oil and take a portion of dough and give it a ball shape. Place 1 piece of chopped date in each kofta and give the final shape of kofta into round ball shape.
11) Repeat the method for all koftas.
12) Now deep fry it in the hot oil.
13) Deep fry the kofta until it turns into light goldne colour.
14) Now take mixer jar and blend the gravy very well,
15) You will get the smooth puree.
16) Strain this puree well using sieve.
17) Lets keep this gravy in medium flame.
18) Add garam masala and kasuri methi. Mix it well.
19) Now add 3 tablespoon of honey and mix everything well.
20) Let it cook for 5 minutes.
21) Now add cream and mix it well. Keep striring it for 4-5 minutes.
22) Its ready now. Take it out in a bowl and add the spinach kofta.
23) Serve hot with naan or fulka.

Ingredients:-
1 1/2 cup of all purpose flour/maida
1 1/2 cup of powdered sugar
1 teaspoon of baking soda
1 teaspoon of baking powder
1 tablespoon of green cardomam powder
1 cup of milk
1/2 cup of vegetable oil
1/2 cup of grated bottle gourd/lauki
handful of chopped walnuts
3-4 chopped dates

Method:-
1) First of all in a bowl add all purpose flour. Sieve it well.
2) Add baking soda, baking powder and green cardomam powder.
3) Add powdered sugar and mix everything well.
4) Now add milk and oil. Mix it well.
5) Add grated bottle gourd/lauki, walnuts and some dates.
6) Mix everything well. Make sure there is no lumps and all dry and wet ingredients are mixed well.
7) Now fill the batter in the greased baking tin.
8) Bake it at 180 degree celcious/ 356 Farenheit for 55-60 minutes or until it bake. Check it in between.
9) After 55-60 minutes take out the cake and check it by inserting the knife in the cake. If it comes out clean that means its done.
10) Now cut into pieces and enjoy with the tea.

Khus Khus ki Kheer


Ingredients:-
1/2 cup khus khus or poppy seeds
1/2 cup desiccated coconut or grated coconut
1/2 cup sugar
4 cups milk + 8 tablespoon milk
2 tablespoon of ghee
8-10 chopped cashew
8-10 chopped almonds
8-10 chopped pistachio
8-10 chopped walnut
(You can take nuts of your choice)
1 tablespoon of green cardamom

Method:-
1) First of all take 1/2 cup of khus khus(poppy seeds) and add in the heated pan.
2) Roast it well for 2-3 minutes or until it turns little light golden.
3) Transfer this roasted khus khus(poppy seeds) in a bowl.
4) Add water into this and let it soak for 3-4 hours.
5) After 3-4 hours, remove the water from the khus khus (poppy seeds).
6) Add this soaked khus khus(poppy seeds) in the mixer jar along with 1/2 cup of desiccated coconut or grated coconut.
7) Add 8 tablespoon of milk so that it will grind easily and grind it well into fine paste.
8) Transfer this paste in a bowl.
9) Now take a big pan and add 2 tablespoon of ghee. Let it heat.
10) Once the ghee is heated up add all the chopped nuts like cashew, almonds, pistachio and walnuts.
11) Roast it for 2-3 minutes or until it turns into light golden colour.
12) Once the nuts are roasted its time to add the khus khus(poppy seeds) and coconut paste in the pan.
13) Mix it well.
14) Mix everything well and cook it for sometime or until it changes its colour into light pink. Keep on stirring so that it will not stick to the pan.
15) Now add 4 cups of milk and mix everything well.
16) Keep on stirring so that it will not stick to the pan.
17) Keep mixing it until the boil comes.
18) Once the boil comes add 1/2 cup of sugar and mix it well. You can add sugar as per your taste.
19) Keep stirring it. Kheer is that which you can not leave it for cooking so keep mixing it and make sure it doesn't stick to the pan.
20) It will start boiling. Once it starts boiling add 1 tablespoon of green cardamom powder and mix it well.
21) Keep stirring for another 5-10 minutes.
22) Its ready to serve. Now transfer the kheer in a large bowl.
23) Serve hot or chill as you preferred. Enjoy this delicious, yummy and creamy "Khus Khus Ki Kheer" with your family.

Black Grapes Soda Drink Recipe:-
Ingredients:-
1/2 cup of Black Grapes
4-5 tablespoon of sugar syrup
some ice cubes
Club Soda

Method:-
1) Take a small bowl and add 1/2 cup of black grapes. Mash it well with the help of fork or spoon.
2) Take a sauce pan and add these mashed black grapes in the pan. Let it cook until it turns soft.
3) Slowly it will release its water or juice.
4) Once its became soft. Let it cool.
5) Add this cooked grapes in the mixer jar and blend it well.
6) Now take a serving glass and add some crushed ice cubes.
7) Pour this grapes juice in the glass.
8) Add 4-5 tablespoon of sugar syrup. (You can adjust the sweetness)
9) Pour the club soda.
10) Its ready to serve. Serve chilled. Enjoy!!

Mosambi Soda Drink or Citurs Limetta Soda Drink Recipe:-
Ingredients:-
1 Mosambi or Limetta
3-4 tablespoon of sugar syrup
1/2 teaspoon of crushed black papper
3-4 crushed mint leaves
some ice cubes
Club Soda

Method:-
1) Peal and cut the cubes of Mosambi or Limetta.(Remove the seeds)
2) Add these cubes in the mixer jar.
3) Blend it well.
4) Strain this puree well using sieve.
5) Take a serving glass and add 3-4 crushed mint leaves in the glass.
6) Add 10-12 tablespoon of mosambi puree or fill half of the glass with the puree.
7) Add 3-4 tablespoon of sugar syrup.(You can adjust the sweetness)
8) Add 1/2 teaspoon of crushed black papper and crushed ice cubes.
9) Now pour the club soda.

Ingredients:-
Tomato Salsa:
2 tomatoes
1/2 cup of chopped onion
1/8 cup of chopped coriander leaves
1/4 cup of chopped cucumber
1 teaspoon of salt
1/2 lemon juice
1/2 teaspoon of red chilli powder
1/2 teaspoon of red chilli flakes
1/2 teaspoon of crushed black papper

Corn Salsa:
1 cup of steamed corn
1 medium size of chopped tomato
1/4 cup of chopped cucumber
1/2 cup of chopped onion
1/8 cup of chopped coriander leaves
1 teaspoon of salt
1 teaspoon of crushed black papper
1 lemon juice

Avacado Salsa/Guacamole:
2 avacado
1/2 cup of coriander leaves
2 lemon juice
1 teaspoon of salt
1 teaspoon of crushed black papper

Vegetable for roasting:
4 mushrooms
1/2 cup of chopped spinach
1 teaspoon of salt
1 teaspoon of oil
1 teaspoon of crushed black papper

2 cup of cooked basmati rice
(You can use plain cooked rice or cook it with some wholes spices like green cardamom, bayleaf, cloves, cumin seeds etc)
4-5 tablespoon of sour cream
1/2 cup of sliced cabbage
4-5 tablespoon of red chilli sauce

For Beans:
1 1/2 cup of boiled beans
1 teaspoon of red chilli powder
1 teaspoon of salt
1 tablespoon of garam masala

Method:-
Step 1 (Tomato Salsa):-
1) Take a large bowl and add chopped tomatoes, onion, coriander leaves, cucumber, salt, lemon juice, red chilli powder and red chilli flakes.
2) Mix everything well.
3) Keep it in the refrigerator until other prepartion is done.

Step 2 (Corn Salsa):-
1) Take a large bowl and add steamed corns, chopped tomatoes, onion, cucumber, coriander leaves, salt, crushed black papper and lemon juice.
2) Mix everthing well.
3) Keep it in the refrigerator until other prepartion is done.

Step 3 (Avacado Salsa):-
1) In a mixer jar add chopped avacados, coriander leaves, salt and 1 lemon juice.
2) Grind evrthing well. You can keep it little bit crushed or in finely smooth texture.
3) Now take the mixture out in bowl and add 1 lemon juice along with the crushed black papper.
4) Mix everthing well.
5) Keep it in the refrigerator until other prepartion is done.

Step 4 (Roasted Vegetables):-
1) Take a pan and add 1 teaspoon of oil or butter. Let it heat.
2) Once the oil is heated up, add chopped mushrooms and saute it for 1 minute.
3) Now add washed and chopped spinach. Mix everything well.
4) Add salt to taste and saute it for 2-3 minutes.
5) Take it out in a plate and sprinkle some crushed black papper. keep it in a side.

Step 5 (Beans):-
1) Take a large pan and add boiled beans, in that add salt, red chilli powder and garam masala.
2) Let it cook for 3-4 minutes.
3) Now take it out in a bowl and mash it properly.

Step 6 (Assembling):-
1) Take a large bowl and add cooked rice in the base.
2) Add some chopped coriander and 1/2 lemon juice. Mix it well and spread it well in the whole large bowl.
3) Now place the mashed beans on the cooked rice.
4) Top it with tomato salsa, corn salsa and avacado salsa.
5) Spread the roasted vegetable on top of it.
6) Now sprinkle some sliced cabbage.
7) Place sour cream on top of it.
8) At last top it with some red chilli sauce.
9) Its ready to serve.
10) Enjoy this healthy, creamy and spicy vegetable burito bowl.

Ingredients:-

1 black cardomam
1-2 bay leaf
2 dry red chilli
1 green cardomam
5-6 cloves
7-8 black pappercorns
1-2 inches of cinemon stick
2 tablespoon of ginger, garlic and green chillies
1 medium size of sliced onion
1 medium size of chopped tomato
salt to taste
1 tablespoon of turmeric powder
1 teaspoon of red chilli powder
4-5 washed leg pieces of chicken
2 lemon juice
1/2 small glass of skinless washed moong dal
1/2 small glass of washed basmati rice

Method:-
1) Take a pressure cooker and add mustard oil. Let it heat.
2) Once the oil is hot. Add cumin seeds. Let it pop.
3) Add all whole spices like black cardomam, green cardomam, bay leaf, dry red chilli, cloves, black pappercorns, cineman stick. Let it saute for 1 minute.
4) Add ginger, garlic and green chilli paste. Saute it for 1-2 minutes.
5) Add sliced onion and mix it well. Saute it until it turns into soft or light pink.
6) Add salt to taste.
7) Add chopped tomato and mix everything well. Saute it until tomatoes turns into soft.
8) Add turmeric powder, red chilli powder. Mix everything well.
9) Now add chicken and mix everything properly.
10) Make sure all the masala stick on the chicken. Close the lid and let it cook for around 5-10 minutes. Keep stir it in between.
11) Add lemon juice and mix it well.
12) Now its time to add moong dal and basmati rice and mix everything well.
13) Add 3 1/2 small glass of water.
14) Close the lid and give 4 whistle to cook it.
15) Its ready to serve. Enjoy!!

1 glass of milk
1 tablespoon of vinegar
5-6 tablespoon of cornflour (For batter + coating)
5 tablespoon of all purpose flour/maida
salt to taste
1 teaspoon of red chilli powder
1 teaspoon of ground black papper
Breadcrumb for coating
Oil for deep frying

Method:-
1) First of all cut the onion into rings. It should be 1 centimeter thick.
2) Soak these onion rings in the normal water for 5 minutes.
3) Take a glass of milk and add vinegar. Mix it well.
4) Keep this buttermilk aside for 5 minutes.
5) Take out onion from water after 5 minutes.
6) In a plate spread some cornflour and coat one by one onion with cornflour.
7) In a bowl add 5 tablespoon of all purpose flour, 2 1/2 tablespoon of cornflour( cornflour should of half of all purpose flour), salt to taste, red chilli powder, some crushed black papper. Mix everything well.
8) Now add little by little buttermilk as required for the consistency in the dry ingredients and mix it well. Consistency should be like dosa batter.
9) Take one by one onion and dip in the batter.
10) Coat it with the breadcrumb.
11) Add these coated onion rings in the hot oil for deep frying.
12) Flip it from both the sides and fry until it turns into light golden colour.
13) Its ready to serve with mayonnaise or ketchup.

Method:-

2) Grind it finely.
3) You will get perfect colour of green chutney with nice tangy taste.
4) Lets cut the panner into big size of cubes. It should be 2 inch thick.
5) Now half slit the paneer from in between. Make the half slit properly.
6) Soak these paneer cubes in the hot water for 30 second to 1 minute. After that remove it from the water.
7) Now its time to fill the green chutney in the panner. Slit is bigger so that you can fill the chutney very easily.
8) Remove the ext chutney form the outer side.
9) Take a pan and let it heat.
10) Now add 2 tablespoon of oil. Let it heat.
11) Once the oil is hot, add turmeric powder and chaat masala. Mix it well.
12) Now add one by one filled paneer cubes in the pan for roasting.
13) Roast it properly.
14) Flip it and roast it from both the sides until it turn into golden colour.
15) Take it out in a plate and its ready to serve with green chutney.

Chicken Dum Biryani Recipe


Ingredients:

For Marination:-
4 legs pieces of chicken
salt to taste
1 teaspoon of turmeric powder
1 tables of red chilli powder
2 tablespoon of ginger, garlic and green chilies paste
2 teaspoon of chicken curry masala
2 teaspoon of biryani masala
some chopped fresh coriander
some fresh mint leaves
1 small cup of fried onion
1/2 teaspoon of kevda essence
2 1/2 tablespoon of mustard oil
4-5 tablespoon of curd

For Rice Prepartion:-
1 1/2 small glass of basmati rice
7 small glasses of water
1 teaspoon of salt
1 teaspoon of oil
6-7 cloves
6-7 green cardamom
1 inch of cinemon

For Chicken Masala Prepartion:-
2 tablespoon of ghee
1 black cardamom
5-6 cloves
1 inch of cinemon
1 bayleaf

For assemble:-
some chopped fresh coriander
some chopped fresh mint leaves
10-12 drops of orange food colour
some fried onion
And dough to seal the pan

Method:
1) For marination:- First of all Take a bowl and add 4 washed legs pieces of chicken and add all the ingredients of marination and mix everything well.
2) Keep this marinated chicken in refrigerator for atleast 1-2 hours. You can keep it overnight as well.
3) For Rice Prepartion:- Take a big and deep pan, add 7 small glasses of water and let it boil.
4) Once it starts boiling add salt, oil, cloves, green cardamom, and cinemon.
5) Now add washed basmati rice. Mix it well and let it cook.
6) Cook it until it gets 70% cooked. You can check it by pressing the rice with the help of finger.
7) Once the rice is cooked. Strain it using sieve.
8) Now For chicken prepartion: Take a pan and add 2 tablespoon of ghee. Let it heat.
9) Once the ghee is heated up add black cardamom, cloves, cinemon, bayleaf and mix it well for 1 minute.
10) Now its time to add marinated chicken into this. Mix it well.
11) Cook the chicken until it gets cooked 70%.
12) Keep stirring it in between.
13) Once the chicken is partly cooked. Take half of the chicken with masala out in a bowl.
14) Lets assemble:- Now put the 1 layer of 70% cooked rice on the chicken.
15) Add 4-5 drops of ornage food colour.
16) Sprinkle some fried onion.
17) Top it with some chopped fresh coriander and mint leaves.
18) Now put layer of half of the chicken with masala on it.
19) Again put the 1 layer of remaining rice.
20) Few drops of orange food colour on rice.
21) Sprinkle some fried onion.
22) Top it with some chopped fresh coriander and mint leaves.
23) Cover the lid.
24) Now seal the edges of a pan with dough. Seal it properly so that steam should not come out.
25) Cook this sealed pan of biryani for 15 minutes on medium flame.
26) After 15 minutes turn off the flame and cut the edges of carefully.
27) Remove the lid.
29) Delicious biryani is ready to serve.
30) Take it out in a plate and serve with Raita.

1 large cucumber

12) Heat a pan and pour the 1 big spoon of batter in a pan.

Instant Coconut Chum Chum Recipe







Ingredients:
1 teaspoon of ghee and little for greasing your palm
1/4 cup of milk
3 tablespoon of cream
1 cup of condensed milk
1 cup of desicated coconut and some for rolling the chum chum
1 teaspoon of green cardamom powder
2-3 drops of yellow food colour
2-3 drops of orange food colour

Method:
1) Take a pan add 1 teaspoon of ghee. Let it heat.
2) Add 1/4 cup of milk. Mix it well for 2-3 minutes.
3) Add 3 tablespoon of cream.
4) Mix it well. 
5) Once it started boiling add 1/2 cup less 2 tablespoon of condensed milk. Mix it well.
6) Add 3-4 drops of yellow food colour and mix it well.
7) Keep on stirring so that it should not stick to a pan.
8) Once its start getting thick it means its ready to take it out in a small plate. Let it cool.
9)Now take another pan and add 1 cup of desicated coconut. Roast it for 1-2 minutes not more than that.
10) Transfer this in a plate.
11) Add 1/2 cup less 3 tablespoon of condensed milk in the roasted coconut. 
12) Add 1 teaspoon of green cardamom powder.
13) Mix everything well.
14) Now add 2-3 drops of orange food colour into the mixture and mix again mix everything well.
15) Grease your palm with little ghee. 
16) Take small portion of mixture and give oval shape. Now slit it in between with knife and fill the cream which we have prepared with cream and condensed milk.
17) Roll the sides of chum chum in coconut flakes.
18) Repeat the same process for all chum chum. 
19) Its ready to serve. Enjoy!!

Ingredients:
5-6 Almonds
3 tablespoon of melted chocolate in thick consistency to cover the almond
2 teaspoon of oil
1 cup of desiccated coconut ( Little bit for coating laddoo)
1/2 cup of condensed milk
Ghee for greasing the palm

Method:
1) First of all take a pan and add 1-2 teaspoon of oil.
2) Now add 5-6 almonds.
3) Roast it for 3-4 minutes.
4) Take it out in a kitchen towel.
5) Press it little and soak the oil.
6) In a bowl add some melted chocolate.(It should be in thick consistency so that it should cover the almond properly)
7) Now take one by one roasted almond and coat it well with the chocolate.
8) Keep this chocolate covered roasted almond in refrigerator for 5-10 minutes.
9) Now take a pan and add 1 cup of desiccated  coconut and roast it for 1-2 minutes not more than that.
10) Transfer this roasted coconut in a plate.
11) Now add 1/2 cup of condensed milk in the roasted coconut.
12) Mix it well.
13) Grease your palm with little ghee.
14) Take a small portion of coconut mixture and press/flat it little and place one chocolate covered roasted almond.
15) Cover it and make a final ball shape or laddoo shape.
16) Roll it on coconut flakes.
17) Repeat the process for all laddoo.
18) Enjoy this yummy coconut laddoo with crunchiness of chocolate roasted almond.

Egg Roll Recipe with 2 methods


Ingredients:
All purpose Chapati/Maida roti: It serves 10-11 chapatis.
3 cups of all purpose flour
1 cup of water (approx)
salt to taste
1 teaspoon of black papper
4-5 teaspoon of oil

Method for dough:
1) Take all purpose flour in a bowl. Add salt to taste, black papper and 4-5 teaspoon of oil.
2) Use water little by little as required to make a soft dough.
3) Knead dough very well and soft.

4) Take a small portion of dough and roll it into large thin chapati.
5) Cook it from both the sides in a hot pan.

For stuffing:
2 tablespoon of oil
5-6 chopped garlic cloves
1 big sliced onion
1 cup of chopped cabbage
salt to taste
1 teaspoon of black papper

Method:
1) Take a pan and add oil. Let it heat.
2) Once the oil is heated up add chopped garlic cloves and saute it for 2 minutes.
3) Now, add sliced onion and saute it for 1 minute. Add salt to taste and black papper.
4) Mix it well.
5) Add chopped cabbage and saute everything for 2-3 minutes.
6) Dont cook it too much. Keep it crunchy.
7) Take it out in aplate and keep it in a side.

For Egg roll(2 eggs for each chapati):
1st method:-
1) In a small bowl break 2 eggs. Add salt to taste and pinch of black papper.
2) Whisk it well
3) Take a pan and add 1 teaspoon of oil. Let it heat.
4) Pour the whisked eggs on the pan. Spread it well in the whole pan and cook it for 1-2 minutes.
5) Now, place one chapati on the egg and press it little.
6) After few minutes flip it and cook it from both the sides.
7) Take it out in a plate.

2nd Method of egg roll:-
1) In the heated pan place one chapati and pour the eggs(2 whisked egg).
2) Spread the egg very well on the chapati.
3) After 2 minutes flip it and cook it from both the sides.
4) Take it out in a plate.

Lets assemble it:
1) In a small bowl, add 3-4 tablespoon of mayonnaise and 2 table spoon of tomato ketchup.
2) Mix it well.
3) Take one egg roll and spread this mayonnaise on the roll.
4) Top it with the onion and cabbage in the center of egg roll.
5) Top it with some chopped cucumber.
6) Sprinkle some chaat masala.
7) Now roll it very well.
8) Cover the bottom of roll with aluminum foil.

9) Freeze it for 3-4 hours to set in an air tight container.
10) After 3-4 hours take it out in a mixer jar and blend it well and again freeze it to set for 8-10 hours in the container.

6 Breads
1 cup steamed/boiled corn
2-3 chopped garlic cloves
1/2 cup chopped onion
salt to taste
1/2 teaspoon black papper
1/2 teaspoon red chilli flakes

some chopped fresh coriander
2 tablespoon mayonnaise

Method:
1) First of all cut the sides of all breads.
2) Grease the muffin mold or tray with oil/butter.
3) Place these breads in the muffin mold/tray.
4) Pre-heat oven for 375 F and bake it for 15-20 minutes or until it turns into light golden colour. Keep checking between 5 minutes.
5) After 15-20 minutes you will get beautiful and crispy basket of bread.
6) For stuffing: Take a pan and add 2 teaspoon of butter or oil.
7) Let it melt.
8) After that add garlic and saute it for few 1 minute.
9) Now add chopped onion and saute it until it get soft or light pink colour.
10) Add 1 cup of boiled corn and saute it for 2-3 minutes.
11) Add salt to taste.
12) Add black papper, chilli flakes, oregano and mix everything well.

Custard Powder Shake

Ingredients:
2 1/2 small glasses of milk
5-6 tablespoon of suger
3 tablespoon of custard powder
1 teaspoon of vanilla essence
some chopped nuts(almond, pictachio etc)

Method:
1) Take a deep pan and add 2 glasses of milk.
2) Let it heat and let the boil come.
3) After coming first boil add suger and mix it well.
4) let come another boil.
5) Meanwhile, take a glass and add 5-6 tablespoon of milk and add 3 tablespoon of custard powder and mix it well.
6) Make sure there is no lumps in the mixture.
7) Now, after coming the second boil add this mixture into the milk.
8) Mix it well for 5 minutes.
9) Now add vanilla essence. (This can be optional)

11) Tranfer this milk in a bowl and let is cool in room tempreture.
12) Keep this in a refrigerator for 2 hours. (If you are in hurry you can add ice cubes and blend in the mixture jar.You can serve it chill).

Rich Creamy and Chocolaty Cold Coffee
2 tbsp coffee powder

Mango Chicken

Ingredients:
8-10 Boneless chicken breast pieces
2 tablespoon all purpose flour
2 teaspoon of corn flour
1 teaspoon of black papper
Salt to taste
Oil for deep frying
For Sauce:-
1 medium size of mango
4-5 garlic cloves
2 green chillies
1/2 cup of honey
1 lemon juice
2 teaspoon of vinegar
2-3 tablespoon of hot sauce
1/2 teaspoon of red chilli powder

Method:-

1) In a bowl take 8-10 pieces of boneless chicken breast pieces.
2) Add All purpose flour, corn flour, black papper, and salt to taste. Mix everything well. Make sure everything coat well on the chicken.
3) Take a sauce pan and add oil for deep frying the chicken.
4) Once the oil is hot add one by one all the chciken pieces in the oil and depp fry it until it turns golden colour.
5) Now, for making sauce:
a) In a mixer jar add mango cut into small pieces, garlic cloves and green chilli. Blend it well. You will get the fine mango pan.
6)Take a pan and add honey let it heat up for few minutes. Once it is heated up add the mango pulp and mix everything well.
7) Now add lime juice and mix well.
8) After 1-2 minutes add vinegar, hot sauce and red chilli powder. Mix everything well. Let it cook for another 5-10 minutes or until it changes its colour in dark golden.
9) At last add the fried chicken pieces in the sauce and mix well. make sure sauce is well coated in all the pieces.
10) Garnish with some green spring onion and sesame seeds.

Walnut Halwa



1 cup of walnuts
2 tablespoon ghee
1/3 cup of granulated suger
1 cup of milk
1/2 teaspoon of green cardomom powder

Method:
1) First of all take 1 cup of walnuts and soaked in 1 cup less 3=4 tablespoon of milk for atleast 1 hours.
2) Now, once the walnuts become soft, Grind it with little bit milk in a mixer jar and make a fine paste.
3) Take a pan and add 2 tablespoon of ghee. Let is melt.
4) Add walnuts paste in the pan and mix it well.
5) Stir it continously for 5-10 minutes.
6) Now add 1/3 cup of granulated suger and mix everything well. (Sweetness you can adjust as per your taste)
7) Stir it continously for another 5-10 minutes.
8) At last add 1 cup of milk and mix it well.
9) Keep on strring until it changes its colour into light golden/brown. Once the mixture releases the pan that means its done.
10) Add 1/2 teaspoon of green cardomom powder. And serve hot.
