Healthy Beetroot Sandvich | Kids special Sandvich recipe

Ingredients:-
3 tbsp. of thick curd
1 tbsp. of tomato ketchup
1/2 tsp of red chili flakes
1/2 tsp of oregano
Salt to taste
little bit of crushed black papper
some fresh coriander
3 tbsp. of boiled corn
3 tbsp. of purple cabbage
4 tbsp. of chopped and boiled beetroot
bread slices
little bit of butter for roasting

Method:-
1) First of all take a bowl and add curd, tomato ketchup, red chili flakes, oregano, salt to taste, little bit of crushed black papper and some fresh coriander. 
2) Mix everything well.
3) Now add boiled corn, cabbage, boiled beetroot. 
4) Mix everything well. Make sure that curd incorporated with all other vegetables.
5) Filling is ready.
6) Now Take a bread slice and cut the corners of the bread.
7) Spread this filling on the bread. Spread it nicely on all the sides of the bread.
8) Add little bit of butter on the hot pan and place the sandwich on it.
9) Roast it from both the sides. Flip it from both the sides and roast until turns into light golden brown or bit crispy.
10) Cut it into tringle shape or as per your preference.
11) Healthy and yummy Beetroot sandwich is ready to serve. Serve with any sandvich chutney or tomato ketchup.
