Sabudana Kheer Recipe | Traditional Dessert | Fasting dessert




Ingredients:
4 cups of milk
1/3 cup of sabudana / sago
1 teaspoon of green cardamom powder
1/3 cup of sugar
some dry nuts (almonds, walnuts, etc)

Method:-
1) Wash the sabudana and soak it for atleast 30 minutes.
2) Take 4 cups of milk in a deep pan and allow to boil/
3) Let it boil for 10-15 minutes.
4) Now add soaked and washed sabudana into the milk and cook it for 15 minutes or until sabudana gets cooked.
5) Add green cardamom powder and mix it well.
6) Once sabudana is cooked add sugar into the milk and stir it occasionally.
7) Cook it for another 5 minutes.
8) Add some dry nuts and mix everything well.
9) Its ready to serve. Enjoy :)
