Ingredients:-
250gms of chocolate (including both Milk & Dark)
1 cup of heavy cream
1 tablespoon of coffee powder
1 teaspoon of orange zest (orange skin)
3 tablespoon of fresh orange juice
some cocoa powder for coating
Method:-
1) First of all brake the chocolates into small pieces.
2) Take a pan and add 1 cup of heavy cream and let it heat.
3) Once this starts heating up add the chocolates into the cream and mix it well.
4) Mix it well until chocolates gets melt and mix into with cream.
5) It will take 5-10 minutes to get thickened.
6) Once it becomes thick add coffee powder and mix it well.
7) Now add orange zest and fresh orange juice into this and mix everything well.
8) After 1-2 minutes take it out this chocolate mixture into a bowl and let it cool. Keep this in the refrigerator for 2-3 hours.
9) Take out the chocolate from the refrigerator and take small portion of chocolate and make a round shape like truffle.
10) Dust it with some cocoa powder and garnish with some fresh orange zest.
11) Its ready to serve.
